missing 2 things on 'payroll generator' sheet

I supervise a treeplanting business. This spreadsheet deals with people's individual tallies for each block on multiple days with multiple different prices per tree. The blocks are individual sheets (1-40). On the 'payroll generator' sheet, I have a dropdown menu to select the employee. This sums all there tallies from each sheet by day using this vlookup formula and an 'all days' sheet and a helper isle. =(IFERROR(VLOOKUP(A14&ROWS($C$14:C14),'All Days'!$A$1:$O8000,14,FALSE),0)) brings up the date =IFERROR(VLOOKUP(A14&ROWS($B$14:B14),'All Days'!$A$1:$O$8000,11,FALSE),0) brings up #trees planted =IFERROR(VLOOKUP(A14&ROWS($D$14:D14),'All Days'!$A$1:$O$8000,12,FALSE),0) brings up the price per tree All of that works great. 1. I want to ad something to the equation so that is only looks up entries between 2 dates which can be selected in the above dropdown menu ('payroll generator g1 and g2) 2. (less important) I want the results to be displayed in order of date instead of the current order by sheet Can somebody please help?
