I am looking for someone to set up an access database that I can use for payroll. I own a personal training studio, and I pay trainers on a commission basis. I need a database where pay rate is directly linked to the amount of money that each member pays per session. I can give full details to serious inquiries. See an example below:
Each client pays a different rate, and that rate per session needs to be connected to their name so the trainer can enter the name of the client into the database. The database should automatically enter in the total for each session per individual client. The trainer is paid a percentage of what the client pays per session.
Max number of clients per session: 8
Hypothetical attendance for 1 morning session: 5
John (pays $23 per session) - Trainer pay at 45% per session = $10.35
Alli (pays $18 per session) - Trainer pay at 45% per session = $8.10
Max (pays $29 per session) - Trainer pay at 45% per session = $13.05
Jenn (pays $15 per session) - Trainer pay at 45% per session = $6.75
Lana (pays $35 per session) - Trainer pay at 45% per session = $15.75
