Macro To Clean & Format Data Copied From Website

My local YMCA has started posting their schedules online. I am interested in getting the Pool Schedule data from the site and into Excel so that I can read it in a tabular format. I would like to accomplish this using an Excel Macro that you build.
REQUIREMENTS
I want to be able to navigate to their website, copy the data from the site using CONTROL+A, paste it into Excel (as values), and then be able to run a macro that spits out cleanly formatted data.
The end product should:
-Convert the YMCA's dates into "Long Date" format in Excel.
-Convert the times into Microsoft Excel times, and put them into "Start Time" and "End Time" columns.
-Return a neatly formatted Microsoft Excel Table of the data in the columns that I specify in the example Excel document.
-Work for any time into the future as long as the format remains the same.
INCLUDED FILES
I am including some sample data in .TXT format, along with an example of what I want the end product to look like in Excel. The Notepad file also includes a link to the site itself and instructions for how to navigate to the pool schedule.
