Excel Trainer Topics: Formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, data cleaning, conditional formatting Level: Beginner to intermediate (college student audience) 2. Power BI Trainer Topics: Data import, data modelling, DAX basics, report building, interactive dashboards Level: Beginner to intermediate 3. AI Tools Trainer Topics: ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, Canva AI, prompt engineering, AI for productivity and career use Level: Beginner-friendly, practical and hands-on 4. Resume Building Trainer Topics: Resume structure, ATS optimisation, LinkedIn profile, cover letter basics, personal branding for freshers Level: Beginner, targeted at final-year college students What the Work Looks Like Live online sessions via Google Meet or Zoom (3 hours per session) Batch size: 15–40 students Sessions are on weekends or weekday evenings You prepare the content/slides; we handle student registration and logistics Frequency: 1–2 sessions per month to start, scaling with demand What We Are Looking For Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with the tool/subject you are applying for Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred (corporate or academic) Clear communication in English and/or Hindi Ability to make complex topics simple and engaging for college students Reliable internet connection and a decent setup for online sessions What We Offer ₹3000–5000 per session depending on experience and topic complexity Flexible scheduling — you choose your availability Certificate of collaboration from NextMile Labs Growing platform — opportunity for recurring sessions as student volume increases How to Apply Send us: Which trainer role you are applying for A brief description of your experience with the subject (2–3 lines) Your availability (days and time slots that work for you) We will respond within 48 hours and schedule a short 15-minute intro call before finalising.
