This job entails linking an Excel Sales Dashboard, found on the internet, to my existing Excel Data file that contains customer sales data. The dashboard contains the following charts, Sales By Region (which my data calls Zones), Sales per product, Sales per Customer, Sales per Salesman, and there is a larger chart that can display all those fields and is user selectable and there is an annual sales comparison chart. Please take a look at the Sales Analysis Dashboard attached to see all the fields. The Dashboard appears to use the Excel IF Error, Sumifs, IF and Offset functions to link to the main data files. Due to the sensitive nature of my main data file I would like the freelancer to Teamviewer into my pc and do the changes there.
The current Dashboard, attached to this auction, only has 4 regions, 12 products, 12 customers and 12 salesman however I have 14 Regions (I call zones), 10 Salesman, 36 products and hundreds of customers. I would expect the Freelancer to compile the lists and link my data to the sales Dashboard and maintain the same calculations. Due to the larger amount of names my data contains under each sales field I would like the top row of charts to only list the top 10 products, Zones/Regions and Customers however we would keep the same design format as the Dashboard and be able to access all the data under the main selectable chart. For someone with advanced Excel knowledge this should be pretty straightforward.
