I reviewed both files. The Mastersheet has 137 columns (A-EG) under 22 merged group headers and 15 dropdown validation lists. The EDP form feeds roughly a third of them: geography, basic info, disability, children, SHG, bank and scheme linkage. Monitoring revenue/income, branding, training and collectives are not on the form. How I fill it: - Devanagari read from the scan directly, not machine-translated - Every value matched exactly to its column dropdown list, so Excel flags nothing - Aadhaar, mobile and PIN as text (as numbers they show 1.23E+11 and drop leading zeros) - DOB as DD/MM/YYYY - Fields not present on the form left blank or NA, never invented - Illegible handwriting listed for your confirmation, never guessed Two things I need: 1. Total number of forms. I have one sample here 2. Columns the form does not cover: blank or NA? I can deliver the first row from this sample so you validate the format before I run the rest.
