Excel : Random word quiz for language learning

Hi There,
I am currently learning Norwegian and was looking for some help with regards to my bid to learn a new language. I was wondering at the possibility of creating a template for a random quiz from the list of words that I input on a daily basis.
For example :
Column A : I put in the new Norwegian words or phrases that I come across.
Column B: I put in the English translation for the same.
Column C: I put in any notes or further description that might help me in my learning.
Objective:
I want a systematic way to continue to revise those words. I am looking for a quiz where in the random word/phrase from the list appears (one at a time). I input what I think is the correct answer and thereafter, it tells me if the answer is correct/wrong and the corresponding notes from Column C appears.
I intend to keep adding and working on this project to make my learning journey a little easier. Let me know if you have any questions
