High level description:
I have created an excel based model to calculate monthly bills for children attending a playgroup or Montessori where two government subsidies apply. Based on the fee per session, type of session, date of birth of child and number of days attending the model calculates the monthly bill and auto recognises which government subsidy applies. What I need now is, using the valuable data in the main "tracker sheet", some custom reports that will allow the playgroup/Montessori owner to quickly add/remove children, print bills, rotas etc. I have created the template forms and reports but will need the code written to extract the right data from the tracker spreadsheet.
Please read below description carefully and start your proposal with three dots.
1. Add a child to a premises/room - based on simple form (which I have a template for) - write code so it adds the child to the chosen premises/room;
2. Remove a child from a premises/room - simple form (which I have template for) - write code so once child is selected and delete button is pressed the child is removed from the relevant room/premises;
3. Print bill - template already created - need code written to automatically pull the data for the child selected;
4. List of children in each scheme - need code written to pull a list of children under each scheme (there is Y/N applicable column in the tracker spreadsheet so should be relatively simple);
5. List of emergency contact details by child by room (all data in main spreadsheet);
6. Set up reports (i.e add a room, add a premises, add which government subsidy applies) add a fee structure etc). The tracker spreadsheet will pull different inputs depending on the fee structure and room type as different subsidies will apply.
7. Ability to edit children that are already added. So search and their details show up in exact same form as the "add child" form but you could add or delete a day to reflect any changes in number of days they are attending.
