Excel Data Extraction and Reporting

I am an orthodontist who would like to extract key data from a raw data set of information regarding how long appointments take, how many patients come back for emergencies within a week, how fast does each clinician finish each appointment type, etc. I'd like for this info to then be converted into an easy to read format that we can use as part of our monthly report. If you're interested I can supply you with the raw data file and a reporting table where I'd like the final processed info to go. This reporting table will have all the info that we need to extract labeled. Your job will be to use advanced formulas to properly extract the data and input it into this table.
