Διαθέτω έναν βασικό πίνακα Excel όπου καταγράφω το πληθος των ημερομισθίων ανα μηνα, των εργαζομένων μου. Θέλω να μετατρέπεται αυτόματα σε πίνακα παρουσιών ανά ημερομηνία και ανά εργαζόμενο, δηλαδή σε μορφή αντίστοιχη με το ημερήσιο Δελτίο Παρουσίας Ε12 που χρησιμοποιείται στα εργοτάξια. Τι χρειάζομαι: • VBA μακροεντολή που, με ένα κλικ, ανακτά τα δεδομένα από τον υπάρχοντα πίνακα και δημιουργεί/ενημερώνει το φύλλο παρουσιών. • Λογική εύρεσης παρουσίας (πεδίο Yes/No ή X) με βάση τα καταχωρημένα ημερομίσθια. • Αυτόματη προσθήκη νέων ημερομηνιών και ονομάτων χωρίς να χάνεται προηγούμενη ιστορικότητα. • Δυνατότητα επαναληπτικής εκτέλεσης χωρίς διπλοεγγραφές. Παραδοτέα: 1. Αρχείο Excel με ενσωματωμένο κώδικα VBA και σαφείς οδηγίες χρήσης. 2. Σύντομη τεκμηρίωση του κώδικα (σχόλια ή ξεχωριστό αρχείο .txt) ώστε να μπορώ να κάνω μικρές προσαρμογές στο μέλλον. Δεν ζητώ περίπλοκες αναλύσεις μισθολογίου ή κατανομή εργασιών∙ το ζητούμενο είναι η αξιόπιστη και γρήγορη δημιουργία του παρουσιολογίου.
