We are an energy and solar company who do solar financial modelling for businesses.
We currently manually create excel spreadsheets, which we then copy and paste into our proposal templates. We have to then manually write customer details, company name etc. So this is a slow process.
We are looking at 2 options
1. Full company software, where you login input the system size, customer details and it will generate a proposal.
2. Simple excel to word integration. If we do this option at some point we will want to consider option 1
Also need to be able to fill out customer name, company name and some generic details.
The excel sheets with the financial modelling we create are two types
1. Generated from other software
2. Manually generated
