Looking for a professional, self-motivated, hard working and efficient individual to assist with Accounts Payables and other various tasks for a start-up construction company overseeing the renovations on hundreds of apartment renovations. Need to have proficiency creating Pivot Tables in Excel, experience with some form of organizational or project management software. Additional job tasks and skill sets are listed below and include but are not limited to:
1. Assign Cost codes to work descriptions, using vlookup formula in excel. Also, know how to use concatenate formula.
2. Thorough understanding of pivot tables, we need to convert scope of works into pivot tables to create necessary reporting (budget vs actual, Schedule of Values, contracts with back up, material assignments)
3. Ability to convert PDF to Excel and check material quotes from Home Depot against material orders from scopes, using vlookup formula and identifying discrepancies.
4. Enter the Home Depot quotes on quickbooks import template in excel with cost codes.
5. Prime AIA Billing assembly for three projects, which includes calculating overhead splits, and contractor fee to be charged.
6. Inventory costing (reducing inventory and applying/costing it to the units it is assigned to per the scopes).
