We are are agency company specifically working on a home & hardware eCommerce brand, selling online in the US and social media.
I need a virtual assistant to look after the following:
1. Daily routine: cover customer chat/email and internet phone support between the hours of PST 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri
2. Daily routine: check and review the products we sell online for sales, missing photos, poor reviewe and report them back to Hong Kong
3. Daily routine: maintain and post (content provided)/ repin our social media accounts on Instagram, Pinterest. (Weekday and Weekend)
4. Engage with our customers or followers that comment and/or like our social media posts
5. Be able to spare time to catch up with the other side of the office in China/Hong Kong..usually 6-7pm PST and/or 1am-2am PST
6. Data entry, and some research (web/online) tasks etc
1. Visit competitor products and report any changes
2. Update customer entries into our CRM
3. Data entry into mailing list (MailChimp)
4. Check for copyright infringement of our images
5. Check and file complaints on eBay
Admin & Blogging
1. Maintain our follower's list on Instagram. Subscribe to relevant followers
2. Deadline Tracking
3. Basic Bookkeeping
4. Create Pinnable Images on Pinterest
5. Upload posts to social media sites
1. Adding and removing subscribers from lists
2. Editing and proof reading emails
3. Create email newsletters
- Excellent Word, Excel, Google docs and Google sheets skills
- Excellent verbal/written English (US Audience)
- Perform simple data entry tasks,
- Excellent English Skills
- Access to stable Internet capable of handling Skype video calls
You are easy to work with, reliable, trustworthy and have excellent customer service. You’re available for a potentially long term contract/relationship. You’re highly experienced in VA tasks and social media management.
You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as perform VA tasks ranging for email management to lead gen.
Going forward depending on how we work, that person will probably be managing our US operations, but that's another story.
There would be a 2 week trial period followed by an ongoing mutual commitment. If you sound like a good fit, I invite you to respond and bid on a monthly amount.
