- Serve as the lead point of contact for all pick up requests/ account management matters
- Answers all incoming emails, phones calls, & texts for pick up requests
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate fees and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs for pick up requests
- Assist with challenging pick up requests or issue escalations as needed
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to the customers pick up needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple pick up requests at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be native in English
- Must be able to work on Eastern Standard Time (USA)
- Prefer someone who is in USA but not required
