We’re looking for someone highly skilled in Excel to help our company build a small suite of sales documents. All of the below, we have the contractual wording already, we just need the dashboard built and the automation of input of informaiton Document 1 – Services Contract (Excel → PDF): A services contract template where the sales team enters client details on a “Home” tab, and the information automatically populates throughout the contract. The final output should export/print to PDF in a clean, visually appealing format. Document 2 – Short-Form Contract (Excel → PDF): A simplified version of Document 1 for smaller engagements. Client details are entered once on a main tab and auto-populate the short-form agreement, which can then be exported/printed to PDF. Document 3 – Sales/Discovery Toolkit (Excel workbook): A larger workbook with multiple tabs and selectable options based on the type of client meeting. It will include: Discovery tab: enter client details live during the meeting (guided prompts). Objections tab: quick-reference responses and talking points to address common objections. Closing tab: a structured sales script with fields to capture key information and quick access to relevant objections/answers.
