I'd like to have an Excel add-in created (for Excel 2007+).
With the addin installed, the user presses a hotkey combination and ...
... up pops up a modeless form that displays a list of common keyboard shortcuts (say top 50 shortcuts) in a friendly grid.
The same keyboard combo hides the form again.

That's the basic configuration.
A more advanced feature (if you can think of an elegant way to do this) is to allow the user to choose their favorite shortcuts.
So there will be a comprehensive list of all Excel shortcuts, and a tick box next to each to allow the user to select.
Those shortcuts selected will be displayed in the popup form.
The add-in should remember the settings (either in the add-in file or in the registry or an external text file) so the favorites are not lost when Excel is closed.
