Would like to create an add on for outlook which will automatically segregate emails ( all folders including sent items) into GDPR and non- GDPR categories. Or if enabled , user will need to select the GDPR category selection. All GDPR categorized email have to mandatorily marked as complete or not complete. This categorization will auto delete the emails which are complete. It will also build a report to show the aging of all emails which are still not completed
