I want to capture data about fires occurring on waste sites - if a fire occurs I would capture dare around location of site and location of fire ( what3words?) time , date, how was fire detected , how was alarm raised , actions taken by on site staff , duration of fire , cause , actions to avoid future fires - fire service attendance , injuries , business impact , was loss insured. Hi .. pretty straightforward task for me. I can create a vba user form with the dropdown fields wherever you want and the text boxes for other information.
Once you fill the information in it, the data will get saved into the excel workbook
