Modern Chic Wedding Planner

We are a small club in the Camden area. We have just complete the refurb of our function room and need an experienced planner who can take full ownership of the event design and coordination for the function room. We would like the room to reflect a modern chic aesthetic from entrance décor through to table settings, floral styling, lighting and any finishing touches that give the room a fresh, contemporary feel. Your core responsibilities will center on two areas: initially decorate the room in readiness for professional photos, then manage bookings and complete event planning—timeline creation, vendor liaison, run-sheet management—and the whole shabang. The priority is to deliver a seamless, stylish event that guests remember for the right reasons. Catering is in-house and the club can assist with entertainment. The function room is an empty canvas at the moment, so expect to present mood boards etc. for approval. A modest budget will be assigned for permanent (long term) decor and furnishings. All other rentals, florals and installation logistics must be coordinated by you with a clear schedule for load-in, and set-up. If transforming a blank space into a polished, modern chic venue is your speciality, let’s talk about concepts, timelines and how you’d turn this vision into reality. A contractual agreement for the right person will be offered.
