Flyer distributors needed at the Royal Festival Hall tomorrow (Saturday 30 May)

I have a stack of flyers promoting ticket sales for a performance of The Armed Man (Karl Jenkins) and I need two or three upbeat people to hand them out near the Royal Festival Hall, Southbank, tomorrow (Saturday 30 May 2026) from 4:30 pm until 6:00 pm. There's a performance of The Armed Man there tomorrow, ending at about 5.00pm Your role is not only to place a flyer in their hands but also to give a quick, friendly pitch that nudges them toward buying tickets. Previous public-facing or performing-arts experience is a real plus Logistics • Meet me outside Las Iguanas (Festival Terrace, Belvedere Road - just near the pedestrian bridge) by 4:30pm for a brief run-through and to collect the flyers. • Casual, neat attire is perfect—no uniform required. • I’ll provide the flyers and a few pointers as to what to say to people. Deliverables • Distribute the full batch (about 1,000 flyers split among the team). • Keep a rough mental note of any useful feedback or common questions you hear so I can refine the pitch for later promotions.
