I have worked at a similar event before as a part-time assistant. It was the Convocation Ceremony of NTU, where we had to handle logistics for around 500+ graduates and their parents. My team and I had to make sure everything (from directing to food to handling issues) was perfect because NTU holds dearly to that especially during convocation. Personally, I'm not shy at all, and I can be very comfortable with anyone quite fast, so dealing with 200 attendants for your project should be easy for me.
