I run a community soccer program for kids aged 5 – 14 and need hands-on help strictly on the coaching side. Your focus will be planning and running engaging training sessions that bring beginners up to speed while pushing our more advanced players at the same time. What the work looks like • Design age-appropriate drills and small-sided games for mixed-skill groups. • Lead one or two 90-minute sessions each week, keeping energy high and instruction clear. • Track individual progress—simple notes or a shared spreadsheet is fine—to show parents how their child is improving. • Offer short debriefs after practice so assistant volunteers know what to reinforce during scrimmages. I’m open to modern coaching tools if you already use them (e.g., Hudl, TacticalPad, OnForm video feedback), but it’s not mandatory. Team management or event organizing is handled by other volunteers, so you can stay fully focused on delivering great on-field instruction. Deliverable acceptance • First four-week training plan delivered before your initial session. • Visible skill-grouping strategy that lets every child feel challenged yet confident. • End-cycle report highlighting wins, areas to revisit, and next-step recommendations. If you have youth-level licenses or similar credentials, please mention them when you respond. I’m ready to get the spring cycle under way as soon as we agree on start dates.
