I need a skilled event photographer to cover a two-day conference we’re hosting for our non-profit. Throughout both days I’d like you to move fluidly around the venue capturing the natural energy of the sessions and hallways—candid interactions among attendees, clear shots of each speaker at the lectern or on stage, plus the classic group and networking portraits that help tell the whole story of the event. No post-production is required; I’m looking for the untouched RAW files delivered promptly after the conference so our in-house team can handle any editing later. You’ll just need to tag shots by session or time block so everything is easy for us to sort.
