I will also conduct brief man-on-the-street style interviews with employees and their children (if permitted) to add personal, heartfelt moments to the final reel. I will edit a 3–4 minute highlight reel within 5 business days, emphasizing the joy, teamwork, and community spirit of the evening, with optional chapter markers for each activity and a short 30-second teaser for social media.
