Post Title: On-Site Event Support Assistant – Almaty 2026 GCCM (Sept 2–4) Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and professional on-site assistant in Almaty, Kazakhstan, to support our team during the Almaty 2026 GCCM event. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, quick to adapt, and comfortable engaging with international business professionals. You will play a key role in helping our team manage interactions, capture opportunities, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the event. Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan Event Schedule: September 2: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM September 3: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM September 4: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM What You’ll Be Doing: Support our team on-site during all event days Interact with attendees and assist in initiating business conversations Record and organize contact details from potential clients and partners Take notes from discussions and important meetings Share daily updates with our team, including highlights and visuals Help maintain a professional and organized presence at the event Compensation: Total payment: $300 USD (fixed) Payment will be completed within 5 days after the event Who We’re Looking For: Based in or around Almaty Comfortable speaking and understanding English Professional, punctual, and reliable Able to handle responsibilities independently Equipped with a smartphone for updates and coordination This is a great opportunity to be part of a global telecom networking event and gain hands-on experience working alongside an international team.
