Bangalore Campus Outreach & Incubation Executive

I’m expanding my learning institute’s presence across Bangalore and need someone on the ground who can own three tightly-linked responsibilities: • Build and nurture relationships with local colleges—especially BA, BCom, Engineering and Management campuses—by meeting placement officers, department heads and student clubs. • Design and run on-site technical-skill-development incubation programs that showcase our training strengths and generate excitement among students. • Convert that excitement into actual enrolments and internship sign-ups, maintaining a clear pipeline of interested students and reporting weekly results. Success in this role will look like a steady calendar of campus visits, engaging incubation sessions that run smoothly, and a growing roster of students and interns joining our institute each month. You’ll have the freedom to shape event formats, use tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, CRM or LinkedIn to track outreach, and iterate quickly on what works. Because the work is hands-on and relationship-driven, I’m only considering professionals already based in Bangalore who can travel to campuses with short notice.
