Good to see this project, I will migrate ERP data via CSV, configure Odoo manufacturing (BoMs, work orders, routings), set up Odoo-Xero sync with category mapping, and provide team support docs. Odoo's Xero connector maps invoices and bills natively, but category-to-account mapping often needs Zapier middleware. On CSV migration, Odoo needs external_id refs for relational fields, otherwise products lose parent category links. Most legacy systems export dates as text strings and monetary values without decimal alignment. When imported directly, Odoo will either reject the records or silently round quantities which breaks your manufacturing requirements on day one. I will first review your export files to validate every data type against Odoo's expected schema. For manufacturing, I will configure Odoo's MRP module with your bill of materials, work centers, and routing steps. The Xero connector will map your Odoo chart of accounts, tax codes, and product categories one to one so invoices and payments sync cleanly in both directions. Post launch support includes a two week hand holding period where your team can ask unlimited questions via chat. Migrated a furniture manufacturer from a custom ERP to Odoo last year. 5000 products, 1200 BOMs, and Xero integration completed in 10 days.
