Hi, here's what I think might be a corrected text:
Dear Students,
It is a great pleasure to know you are coming over to enjoy an educational trip to sunny Malta!
We are very excited to meet you, and we are preparing a superb programme to make your trip enjoyable in every way!
You already know who your host families are, and most of you have had the opportunity to introduce yourselves. Small changes have occurred with two host families; please confirm with your group leaders whether these affect you. During this week, please complete the online English test provided by the x language school that you are going to attend. There will be lots of time to discover the magical Maltese islands, and practise English on the go. To find out more, please see the attached document. It is highly recommended that you save the file and keep it with you during your holiday. Kindly note the programme may change depending on weather conditions.
Please start your test as soon as possible, and feel free to get back to us if you have any further questions.
We look forward to welcoming you at the airport, and we hope you will have an amazing, productive and joyful holiday with us!
Kind regards,
the team

As you can see I've only made some small changes - the main ones are that 'holistic' doesn't work the way you were trying to use it, I think, and for British English it would be 'practise' not 'practice' because it's being used as a verb.
Cheers,
Kathryn
