To Train a team of 20 Tech Support Engineers in English Voice and Accent to handle and communicate technical support calls from Internal Customers in a professional and effective manner.
1) To provide a Voice and Accent Trainer onsite at Noida Office for approx.1 month.
2) The Trainer to spend 8 Hours onsite for approx. 1 month (5 Days a week) – Timing to be decided
Scope of Work :
1) The Trainer undertakes the following tasks –
a) Need assessment for the Training
b) Train the trainees on Voice & Accent, Customer Orientation and Cultural Sensitivity
c) On Floor Assessment/Live Feedback on the progress made for the training
d) Identify 2-3 Trainees within the group and mould them to become leaders/future trainers
e) Derive and structure an effective training model for future use
