The core of the job is simple: provide hands-on assistance that actually helps fellow students pass the exam. What you’ll be doing • Meet online for short, focused speaking sessions to boost fluency, coherence, and pronunciation. • Review practice essays, mark them against official band descriptors, and suggest precise improvements in structure, cohesion, and vocabulary. • Share practical test strategies: timing tricks, question-type breakdowns, and proven rehearsal routines. Session format is flexible—Zoom, Google Meet, or any platform that lets us exchange documents and record audio. I’ll supply official practice material; you bring patience, clear explanations, and a knack for motivating learners. Ideal profile You’ve either cleared IELTS/PTE/TOEFL with a high score yourself or you’re confident you could do so tomorrow. You enjoy teaching, can spot grammar slips instantly, and can turn complex feedback into friendly, actionable advice. Deliverables 1. Weekly speaking-practice recordings with annotated feedback. 2. Marked essay files showing error notes, revised samples, and a brief improvement plan. 3. A concise strategy sheet tailored to each learner’s weak areas.
