Bilingual English-Spanish Tutor Needed

I’m seeking an experienced bilingual Spanish instructor to guide me through a serious six-month development program. The goal is to take me—a disciplined beginner—towards meaningful conversational proficiency in Spanish within six months. ### What I am Looking for: The ideal instructor will: - Develop a structured, goal-oriented learning program. - Provide 2–3 live sessions weekly, prioritizing speaking, listening, pronunciation correction, sentence construction, and grammar application. - Include structured assignments and independent study tasks (5–7 hours/week). - Regularly assess my progress with clear measurable milestones toward at least A2/B1 on the CEFR scale. - Ensure accountability by adapting and adjusting the program based on my performance. - Conduct all lessons personally to maintain consistency. ### Schedule & Preferences: Preferred lesson time: **8:00–9:00 AM Pacific Time**, three days per week. Optionally, 1:00–2:00 PM Pacific Time can serve as backup for weekdays when mornings are unavailable. ### Budget: Target budget is **$125-$140/month**, inclusive of platform costs. Exceptional proposals slightly beyond this range may also be considered if added value is compelling. Candidates designing effective programs within budget are strongly favored over just higher rates. Key details: This is more than casual tutoring—I want clear structure, accountability with goals for realistic conversational fluency, customized feedback-focused instruction.
