Because the consulate insists on originals that carry both an official stamp and a signed certification letter, the translation must be completed and physically stamped in Yaoundé, Cameroon. Scope • Translate the 7 pages faithfully into Spanish, preserving layout and seals. • Affix your official translator’s stamp to every page. • Issue a separate certification letter vouching for accuracy, then attach it to the set. • Hand over the stamped translated documents in Yaoundé and supply a scanned PDF copy for my records.
