I think the PCB layout, enclosure and interface wiring will be critical to minimize RF interference. Ideally screened (using metal braid not foil) twisted pair interface wiring, a four layer PCB with as much grounding as possible and a full enclosed metal box. Therefore I see this task as much more than just the circuit diagram
