Structural Certification for Spa Load on RC Slab

I want to check that it is okay to place a spa in my pool area. The spa weighs 1800kg filled

Right now just want to make sure it is safe for the loads.

I have provided review of drawings and structural certification for the placement of a 2.3 m by 2,3m 1800 kg Spa on an existing reinfoced concrete pool deck.

The spa will be located where the existing planter box will be.

Please calculate loads adequately, only civil/ structural engineers apply who have understanding of reading drawings and applying with reinforced concrete.


Compile an engineering consultant report.

Brief introduction

Show A 2 D sketch showing the location of the spa on the building.

I would appreciate if a good computer/software calculation can be provided with a computer aided model showing that computer was used.

Calculate the loads due to the construction of spa not ignoring the swiming pool besides.

Consider for human loads as live loads and if building capable to hold loads and calculation with dead and live loads.

Apply an adequate factor of safety.

Use computer software to generate BMD diagram, SFD: labeling maximum values

Also provide a deflection diagram due to maximum load of water and maximum occupants in the spa full of water( filled load = 1800kg )of number people that can fit ( 8 people) with each weight of 80Kg as by Australian Standard so total live load.

Only right candidates apply, it is an easy job if you know what you are doing and have experience.

I am a civil engineer and need to manage work flow hence the work will be checked and further projects will be given to the same person if put in high effort.
