I need a complete engineering package for a gas-fired furnace that will preheat the elliptical heads used in my ASME pressure-vessel production line. The unit’s sole purpose is rapid, uniform preheating—no full heat-treatment or stress-relief cycles—so temperature ramp-up, soak control, and even distribution across complex curvatures matter more than long dwell times. Key performance targets • Continuous operating range above 1 000 °C, with ±10 °C uniformity across the load • Natural or LPG gas-burner train sized for efficient, low-NOx combustion • Chamber capacity adaptable to multiple head diameters and thicknesses What I expect from you 1. Thermal calculations, heat-balance, and burner sizing that justify refractory thicknesses and airflow. 2. 3D CAD model and fabrication drawings (STEP/SolidWorks + AutoCAD DWG) showing shell, insulation layers, burner ports, flue, door/lift mechanism, and structural supports. 3. P&ID with control loop narratives covering ignition, purge, flame-safeguard, and over-temperature trips; PLC logic or checklist for controls integration. 4. Bill of materials with material specs meeting ASME Section II and applicable NFPA combustion-safety standards. 5. Exhaust and recuperation concept to improve fuel efficiency and meet local emissions limits. 6. Start-up and commissioning procedure plus acceptance criteria: time-to-temperature curve, temperature-uniformity test plan, and safety checklist. Deliverables in PDF for review, native files for fabrication, and an editable calculation sheet (Excel or Mathcad).
