I am looking for creative IDEAS to help design an app for my existing outdoor cafe/takeaway/outdoor trails/bike hire business. This app should have the capability of online ordering combined with outdoor GPS trails maps for customers to use. My primary goal for this app is to increase sales and ultimately enhance customer experience. I'm after a rustic and natural design, nothing modern or sleek. The overall aim is for this app to help increase my sales and create a memorable customer outdoor adventure experience in our scenic location. With just a few taps, you can customize your hiking / biking experience, select your desired trail, and pre-order your nutritious trek pack ensuring a hassle-free adventure.

I would also like the app to be an directory for all outdoor sports and activities in the area.

I need help with the idea. ..

What is the best hook point for the app? Pre-order food and trails open up to the user? Have a basic plan with small menu and a few trails? Have a tiered price range for more features to open up?

How can I monetize it?
