Coding for a simple cooking machine

The aim of this project is to have a prototype (simple machine similar to a rice cooker) that has a heating element controlled by a thermostat. There is also: a temperature sensor, mortar, a servo, a solenoid, led light bulbs (may be one RGB) and a buzzer that the program controls. The idea is to have a heating element that heats at not more than 95 degrees Celsius as long as the machine is running. This temperature is maintained via a thermostat that kicks on and off. Once finished, the heating element’s temperature should be maintained at 65 degrees Celsius. The prototype should have the following buttons for the user: start, cancel/clear, water level: 1 to 5 and hardness: “a” to “d”. There should also be a screen which displays the selected water level and hardness; as well as “cooking” as long as the process is running – that is until the buzzer kicks on.

Attached is the program that I attempted so far. I hope it will be able to give you a picture of what I am looking for and help feel the gaps. Thank you.
