we are looking for an construction engineer to develop an heatsink /housing for two led projects:
-PCB dimension 60x90mm with two LEDs (Rebel LED or Cree XP-G LED all datas available) and integrated constant current driver.
- protection housing should fit the IP65 standard
- material aluminium with andodizing finishing
- max. l x w x h 90x40x25
l x w x h 100x10x25
Thermal functions of the housing:
- max thermal power output is about 4W
- max chip temperature of the LED is 100°C
- working temperature should be -40°C - +45°C (ambient)
We are needing an thermal simulation of the housing before we start the production.
Sketches of the housing and components could be provided.
To be clear the PCB setup is not part of this project, that will provided from an electronic engineer. The information is only for description.
Housing 2 is an prototype already done we needing only some adjustments in the details and an setup in solidworks or similar to get production datas.
