I need an experienced freelance HR recruiter who can quickly source and close Higher Education Admission Counsellors. These counsellors will guide Indian students through the full application process, so every candidate you present must already be comfortable working with this demographic and stage of the enrolment journey. Here is how I see the collaboration working: • You receive the role brief, compensation structure, and ideal profile from me. • You tap into your network, post on relevant platforms, and screen applicants. • After you have pre-qualified them, you organise my interview slots and keep each candidate warm. • Once we extend an offer, you ensure the counsellor accepts, completes basic onboarding paperwork, and is ready to start. • Your fee is released for every hire that successfully joins. To keep things smooth, please update me twice a week with pipeline status and any roadblocks. I am looking for recruiters who already understand EdTech or higher-education staffing so we can move fast without a long learning curve.
