I need a compact, production-ready PCB that brings together an ARM Cortex MCU with a temperature sensor, 3-axis accelerometer, optical heart-rate monitor, microphone, speaker and on-board flash. The board must seamlessly switch between battery operation and USB power, with integrated charging and safe power-path management so firmware updates and debugging over USB remain possible even while the battery tops up. Please handle the complete hardware flow: • Schematic capture • PCB layout with good analog isolation for the heart-rate front end • Clean breakout for the mic and speaker audio paths • EMI-conscious routing for the high-speed flash bus • Gerber files, drill data, pick-and-place and a curated BOM from mainstream suppliers I will review the design in KiCad or Altium, so provide source files in one of those environments plus PDFs for quick reference. All footprints should follow manufacturer-recommended land patterns, and key nets (power rails, debug lines, sensor interfaces) need clearly labeled test points. The job is complete when the design passes a final ERC/DRC check and I can send the Gerbers straight to fabrication without modification.

Hi, I can design the complete production-ready wearable sensor PCB in KiCad or Altium, including schematic capture, multilayer layout, power management, test points, and manufacturing outputs. I can handle: • ARM Cortex MCU integration • Temperature + 3-axis accelerometer • Optical heart-rate sensor/front end • Microphone and speaker paths • On-board flash memory • USB power + battery charging • Seamless USB/battery power-path switching • USB debug/firmware-update support while charging • Analog isolation for optical sensing • EMI-conscious flash and high-speed routing • Power/ground plane strategy • Manufacturer-recommended footprints • Clearly labeled test points • ERC/DRC cleanup • Gerbers, NC drill, Pick & Place • Production BOM with exact MPNs • Schematic/PCB PDFs • Fully editable KiCad/Altium source files I’ll first review your preferred MCU, sensors, battery, USB interface, enclosure constraints, board dimensions, and current requirements, then finalize the architecture and placement before routing. A wearable PCB mixing a heart-rate analog front end with a mic, speaker, flash bus and USB/battery power-path is exactly where layout discipline decides whether it works first spin. I've shipped similar multi-sensor boards, including a custom air quality monitor where sensor, power and display all coexisted cleanly on one PCB. Here's what I bring to this: → Built a custom ESP32-C3 board combining a laser particulate sensor over UART with an OLED over I2C and clean USB-C power management, delivered fabricating-ready. → Designed a wearable with a 6-axis IMU and coin-cell power path, plus a battery-powered audio device with mic/speaker routing and onboard flash. → Full in-house stack: schematic, layout, firmware, 3D enclosure, so the analog front end and power-path are designed by someone who'll debug them too. → I work in KiCad, follow manufacturer land patterns, add labeled test points on power, debug and sensor nets, and hand over Gerbers, drill, pick-and-place and a BOM from mainstream suppliers. My approach: → First lock the power-path and analog partitioning so the HR front end stays isolated from the flash and audio switching noise. → Then route EMI-conscious flash, clean mic/speaker breakouts, and place test points before final ERC/DRC. → Finally deliver KiCad source plus PDFs and Gerbers you can send straight to fab. For this scope, the cost would be around 16000INR.
