Greetings, It's good that you have the mechanical components together and now the only remaining part left is the electronics and I can do it for you. Proposed design will be a 4-Layer stack including the connectors for capacitive touchscreen and interface, power stages and control circuits. I'll recommend the microcontroller after I'm clear with your complete requirements. Since you also need firmware, the cost of the overall build would go slightly higher, considering this devise needs to be there outside and shall also incorporate a hardware/software fail-safe. We'll select reliable components for outdoors that withstand the tough outdoors.
