Sump Overflow Auto-Call System

I need a compact, low-maintenance device that sits beside my underground sump, senses the water level with a float switch, and immediately places an automated voice call to my mobile the moment the tank is full. No batteries or solar panels are required; it can run straight from mains power that already feeds the pump. Here’s the workflow I’m picturing: when I start the motor, your circuitry monitors the float switch. As soon as the switch flips to the “full” position, the controller dials my preset phone number so I can switch the motor off without ever checking the tank. Cost and simplicity matter, so please base the design on readily available components—an inexpensive GSM/4G module or any similarly affordable calling solution is ideal. If you can keep the design modular, I’d like the option to add SMS or app push notifications later, but for this first build the phone call alert is the only must-have.
