Tengo una buena experiencia diseñando equipos para uso automotriz, tengo mi propia version de Megasquirt, o incluso un Clon del PDM de MoTeC que puedes ver en mi perfil, los cuales manejan motores de DC en ambientes realmente complicados. Tengo un PCB con puentes H y control de corriente mediante un shunt, aunque para eso suelo usar Mosfets como los BTS50055 que tienen medicion de corriente, corte automatico por sobretemperatura o por sobrecorriente en caso de que sea un cortocircuito y no lo llegues a ver con el MCU. Para la gestion de una Celda de carga recomendaria un amplificador diferencial dedicado para evitar ruidos e interferencias. Y en el caso del control de displays, todo depende de que tipo de displays necesites, LCD16x2 o LED de 7 Segmentos o algo tipo LCD color Trabajo principalmente Altium Designer, tengo mis librerias creadas y es el software en el que mas comodo me siento. No tengo problema con cumplir con los entregables que necesitas Para el firmware, depende del caso, trabaria de trabajar con algo como Arduino, para que sea facilmente modifcable por vos o otro programador.
