Hi There! -As you can see in my portfolio, I have extensive experience in PCB design and mass production monitoring equipment. I have designed a PCB that monitors, balances, and provides remote telemetry for Li-ion battery packs. In collaboration with a colleague, I developed a storage system for an off-grid cabin using recycled 18650 cells, configured in a 7S arrangement (21V to 28V) for solar inverters. -I integrated 10K NTC thermistors every five cells to ensure thermal management across the battery wall, which consisted of approximately 60 parallel strings at 7A (totaling ~400 18650 cells). In addition to thermal control, the PCB featured seven 25W resistors paired with MOSFETs to dissipate excess energy as heat, achieving passive balancing during charging cycles.
