Need strong search engine optimization for a web site [login to view URL] which sells a business software add-on report writer to Micsosoft Access, Microsoft Access and ACT!. We need as many forms of marketing to drive much traffic to our site. We are open to any effective strategy including cost effective emails marketing. We need as many forms of legal methods to target potential customers as well.
Your job is to provide us with as many of these solutions for as low as price as possible. After you provide us with these solutions we should be able to do it ourselves without your help. We are also looking for free list, free sites they can help us advertise and market our software.
1) We are looking to get our site listed on as many Free classified/FFA as possible. We need for you to supply us with the best websites to facilitate this. Ones taht understand the character limits and categories for automatically filling out the ad forms for us. We want to fill out one form once and then submit it to the many free sites that accept such advertising.
2) Can a script be made to activate this process on a weekly/monthly basis? I would prefer an asp page to trigger this process.
3) Although, we want to show up in as many search engines as possible, we are primarily interested with our rankings in Google, MSN, Yahoo and Dogpile. We want to be listed in the top ten for related search terms for our software. You must supply us with an outline of technical details to rank our website in the top ten and then tell us how to keep it there.
4) Supply us with the means to get us as many press releases to industry specific individuals/companies. This many be getting us a list of emails to send the press release to or may be a cost effective website for helping us get noticed via this medium.
5) Supply us with a list with as many free shareware sites to upload our software to or a site that we can submit once and it's populated to many other shareware sites.
6) Any other tips that we can do to keep our rankings consistent and our company continously noticed. We want someone who can tell us how any or all of this can be done for free or at the most cost effective rates.
Any database solutions needed to help fulfill any solution(s) should be in an Access.mdb.
NO pay per click solutions will be accepted. We need real SEO and real rankings period.
We will only receive bids from qualified companies who are experts in this type of work. We would like to see examples of your work (sites you have worked with, their respective rankings on different search engines and search terms you used to optimize the sites) and an estimated timeline to have results take effect.
There may be more than one winner for this bid. So supply us with one or more means to get our website/software noticed by potential customers. Of course, more bang for the buck will rule, so happy bidding.
