Find Clickbank affiliates

I want to expand my network of affiliates for my website www.cure-your-asthma.com. Affiliates earn 50% commission of every sale of the ebook which is $13.36. It is free and effort-free for them as I do the query handling and Clickbank posts them a check each fortnight. They just have to advertize my book with a clickthrough link to the Clickbank ordering system.
The assignment is to find websites who would be attracted to become affiliates for my site. They are likely to be sites with the following characteristics that you could search on:
Natural health
Alternative
Naturopath
Marketplace
Fitness
or ANY other website, or newsletter mailout that an advertized ebook would not look out of place on
I will followup with an email to the website owner (or webmaster if an owner's name is not available), asking them if they would like to be an affiliate.
The leads need to be provided to me in spreadsheet format with one lead a row -- containing website name([url removed, login to view]), contact name, and contact email address.
I require 1000 leads to begin with, and more later when I'm assured of the quality.
