Customer Needed for Hosting

I am searching to establish an ongoing working relationship with any and hosting sales persons who can provide hosting customers on an as needed basis or based on an approximate number of customers per month. Hosting plans start from $10-60. I am NOT looking for leads or gimmicks, but actual physical customers. If you can provide them, I want to work with you. I will pay you the first month of what the customer will pay me. Please place your bid on mininum client you can find per month, for example, if you can give me 40 client per month, with average client sign up for $15 hosting package, your bid would be 40 * $15 = $600. Payment will be make after you deliver the clients at the end of the month. I will escrow 20% of the payment to your account via escrow after you have choosen, another 80% will be send to you after the client is delivered.
