Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled freelancer with expertise in email marketing to join our team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to execute mass email campaigns with a focus on achieving high inbox rates, low bounce rates, and impressive click-through rates (CTRs) and open rates. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to reach our target audience.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute large-scale email marketing campaigns to reach a wide audience.
Implement best practices to ensure high inbox rates, low bounce rates, and optimal deliverability.
Segment email lists based on target audience and personalize email content for maximum engagement.
Create compelling email templates and content that align with our brand voice and objectives.
Optimize email subject lines, preheader text, and calls to action (CTAs) to improve open rates and CTRs.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, CTRs, conversions, and unsubscribes.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize email elements and improve campaign performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and email marketing best practices to drive innovation and enhance results.
Requirements:
Proven experience in executing successful email marketing campaigns, preferably with a focus on mass emailing.
Strong knowledge of email deliverability, spam regulations, and strategies to achieve high inbox rates.
Proficiency in using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Sendinblue) and marketing automation tools.
Excellent understanding of email marketing metrics and ability to analyze campaign performance.
Familiarity with segmentation techniques and personalization strategies to enhance engagement.
Strong copywriting skills and ability to create compelling email content that drives action.
Experience in conducting A/B testing and using data-driven insights to optimize email campaigns.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
