1. Manage and build overall email marketing strategy 2. Create various email lists and campaigns 3. Create and design email templates 4. Test every campaigns success 5. Determine email marketing KPIs 6. Develop and present reports on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis 7. Develop a lead generation strategy 8. Create smart email lists 9. Increase email subscriptions 10. Analyse data to get smart insights 11. Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions 12. Develop documentation and road maps for processes and promotions that succeed through email 13. Candidate should have he below qualities :- 14. Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics 15. Proficient using marketing automation technology 16. Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends 17. Experience with email automation tools 18. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success 19. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 20. Team player 21. Good time-management skills 22. Great interpersonal and communication skills
