Once the spreadsheet is complete, I’d like you to move the data into a brand-new CRM (I’m moving away from Real Geeks and am open to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or another platform you suggest). The system must be set up for both lead management and ongoing customer communication, with stages, pipelines, and custom fields that make sense for a residential real-estate workflow. After the import, I need automated email and SMS sequences configured: new-lead drip, nurture follow-ups, and post-closing check-ins. These messages should trigger from status changes or time delays and use merge fields so each contact feels personally addressed. Integration with my existing Gmail and a texting service such as Twilio is required.
